Questions

Before you buy

What’s the difference between Foundation and Career?

Foundation covers the move itself, choosing a visa, USCIS paperwork, interviews, and the first weeks in the US (stages 1-4, 26 guides). Career covers building your working life in America, the US resume, job search, interviews, salary, LinkedIn, and workplace English (stages 5-7, 16 guides). Many people buy Foundation first and add Career once they start job-hunting. The Complete Collection is both, plus everything else.

Can I upgrade later if I buy a single guide first?

Yes. If you buy a single guide and later decide on a bundle, email us and we’ll credit the full price of any single guides you’ve already bought toward the bundle. You won’t pay twice for the same material.

What if I already bought a single course and now want a bundle?

The same applies, contact support with your order details and we’ll apply what you paid for single guides as credit against the bundle price.

Do I get access immediately?

Yes. After checkout you’ll receive an email with a download link for every guide in your order. The guides are PDFs, so you can read them on any device. If a link expires, reply to that email and we’ll reissue it.

Lifetime access, what does that mean?

You can request fresh download links for the guides you own at any time, and you receive future updates to those guides at no extra cost, for example when a form, fee, or process changes. There’s no subscription and nothing recurring.

What about refunds?

Because the guides are digital and delivered immediately, you’re asked at checkout to confirm you want instant access and understand you’re waiving the usual cancellation period. We still offer goodwill refunds at our discretion within 14 days where no download has been triggered. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
