Refund Policy

Digital content and the cooling-off period
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. There is an exception for digital content that is delivered immediately: once you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel, that 14-day cooling-off period no longer applies.
The consent you give at checkout
When you buy a guide, you tick a box confirming that you want immediate access and understand you waive the 14-day right to cancel. This is required under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and it is why we can give you your download the moment your payment clears. If you do not tick that box, the purchase does not complete.
Goodwill refunds
We want you to be happy with what you buy. As a goodwill gesture, and at our discretion, we will consider a refund within 14 days of purchase provided no download has been triggered on your order. To ask, email support@markethive.co with your order number.
Faulty or misdescribed content
Your statutory rights always apply. If a guide is materially inaccurate, corrupt, or does not match what was advertised, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Tell us what is wrong and we will put it right.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Once we process a refund, it typically reaches you within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
How to request a refund
Email support@markethive.co with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. There is no fine print here, if you have a fair reason and meet the conditions above, we will help.
