Who we are

These terms govern your purchase and use of guides from THE MARKET HIVE GROUP LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “the Market Hive”), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16615140, with its registered office at Woodgate Studios, 2-8 Games Road, Barnet, England, EN4 9HN. By buying or downloading a guide you agree to these terms.

What we sell

We sell digital educational guides (PDFs) about moving to and working in the United States. They are general educational publications.

They are not legal advice, and buying or reading them does not create a lawyer-client relationship. For advice on your individual case you should consult a licensed US immigration attorney. See our educational-content disclaimer for the full position.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes where required. Payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

We may change prices from time to time, but a change will never affect an order you have already completed and paid for.

How delivery works

Guides are delivered digitally. After your payment is confirmed, we email you a secure download link for each guide in your order. For security, each link is valid for 24 hours after purchase.

If a link expires before you have downloaded your guide, reply to that email and we will reissue it at no charge. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, because the seller is a UK company. This does not remove any statutory consumer protection you have in your country of residence.

Intellectual property

When you buy a guide, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You keep that licence for as long as we publish the guide.

You may not:

• redistribute, resell, share, or publish a guide or any substantial part of it;
• reproduce it for any commercial purpose; or
• use it (in whole or in part) to train, fine-tune, or build any machine-learning or AI system.

All content remains the intellectual property of THE MARKET HIVE GROUP LIMITED.

Limitation of liability

We take care to make our guides accurate and current at the time of writing, but they are educational materials, not advice for your specific situation, and you act on them at your own discretion.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited (such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, and to your statutory rights as a consumer, our total liability to you in connection with a guide is limited to the amount you paid for it.

What we are not

THE MARKET HIVE GROUP LIMITED is an educational publisher. We are not a law firm, and we are not regulated immigration advisers. We do not give legal advice on individual cases. When you need that, our partner attorney network, all AILA members, licensed in at least one US state, is the appropriate next step.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please email support@markethive.co with your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and to resolve them fairly and promptly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example, to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. The “last updated” date above always shows the current version. If we make a significant change and you have purchased from us, we will notify you by email.
